Trying to bulk

Ok to start off im 5'6 155 lbs. I have been trying to gain weight for a long time now and put on some muscle. It has been really hard for me to gain. I just eat and eat and eat but i still lose weight. I have been trying to eat more carbs and protein but im still not gaining very fast can somebody help me?
 
Its not an over night game it takes a lot of time and hard work to gain size. Get adleast 1.5 grams of protein per lb of weight and eat clean. If you eat right and enough you will gain weight. I took a year off of working out and dropped a lot of weight. Iv been working out for awhile again and eating right im already back up to weight and look better then i did because im taking my diet serious. There's a lot of good threads on here that can help you as well. Just stick to it and get your diet on key and i guarantee you will start to gain weight.

I am also a Hard Gainer, but I just keep on eating and heavy lifting and as time passes you lift bigger and keep eating big. I dont do any carido at all, because I dont want to lose what I'v eaten so hard to get. I eat about 4000-5000 cals. aday just to gain less than 1 lbs a week.
