dumping as much junk/fast food and just eating plenty of meat nd complex carbs . wish me luck lol .
on a side note i bought a rice cooker yesterday , i hope this thing works well .
There are some great cookbooks out there with nutritional and delicious food. One of the easiest cookbooks with good food is actually the Sopranos cookbook--great stuff in there without being too complicated, but the best overall cookbook is the Silver Spoon--it basically has recipes of how to make everything under the sun.
took me a while to get into eating healthy on a consistent basis. at first it was like a recovering drug addict falling off the wagon over and over until they finally got it right. it was discipline in the beginning but got easier as time went on. it is a lifestyle change. variety helps so experiment with different recipes like husky said as you find some recipes are pretty damn good. treat cheat meals like mini rewards.
