I am not necessarily trying to gain a lot of muscle. I'm 6'1" a fit 220 pounds, but would like to lose about 10 lbs and maintain. I use to buy Specialized Protein for Dieters from Universal, but they changed the formula adding crap to make it 'taste' good (sugar). I would drink a shake w/water for breakfast and that worked very well for 8 years. Now I'm trying to find an new Breakfast/after work shake and hoping someone can recommend Whey concentrate/isolate/soy, etc.
Just want something simple that assists in cutting weight, but provides good nutrition. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
