Trying to figure my TDEE

So my BMR is around 1555 ( used a few different ways to calculate). Anyways im trying to figure out what I want to put down as my activity level. What would you possibly say would be the activity level for something along the lines of this. 4 day split Mon-Fri with Wednesday being a rest day except I do a mile walk that day on the sides of small daily task. On my workout days I lift for 45 minutes, and afterwards I do stretching for 15 minutes. And 2 days of the week I perform walk/sprinting for 30minutes. Then on the weekends I work 32 hrs, 16 hr shifts each day where half the day im on my feet.

I was possibly thinking my activity level would be around 1.6
 
I'm not sure what number you should put in there. BUT I do know its just a rough estimate. Everybody is different. I am still in the process of determining mine (I'm just about there). I put the highest activity level into a few different calculators and they all gave me around 3300-3400 (lean mass is ~145lb). Over the last few weeks I've averaged ~3700 cal/day and have maintained my weight +/-0.2lbs. IMO, you should get a rough estimate and play around with your diet to determine exactly what it is.
