Trying To Get Jacked For Summer

I've been hitting the gym hard since i was 16 but stoped for a couple months because of a short shoulder irrittation. Im know 19 turning 20 this year and trying to max my body size. My routine is:

Chest
Monday: Flat bench - 5 sets: 15,12,10,8,3-6
Incline w/ dumbells - 5 sets: same as above
Decline pushups - 5 times 10
Pec flys on flat bench - 3 sets : 15 - 10 reps

Back
Tuesday: Deadlifts - 5 sets : 15,12,10,8,6-3
Body weight pull up - 3 sets: as many as possible
Single arm dumbell rows: 3 sets : 8 reps
T bar rows : 3 sets : 10 reps

Off
Wednesday


Shoulders
Thursday: Military press - 5 sets: 15,12,10,8,6-3
lateral raises - 3 sets: 15-10
front raises - 3 sets : 15-10
Shrugs - 4 sets: 15,12,10,8,6-3
Squats - 5 sets: 10reps

Off
Friday

Saturday
Bi's/Tri's: Scull crushers- 4 sets: 15,12,10,8
straight bar pulldowns - 4 sets: 10 reps
V bar pulldowns - 4 sets: 10 reps
Close grip pushups: 4 sets: 10 reps
Barbell curls: 4 sets: 15,12,10,8-6
Arm curls: 4 sets: 15,12,10,8-6
Ez bar: 4 sets: 15,12,10,8-6

Im 5"9 very low body fat ( ex ice hockey player and mma fighter). Im realy light boned and weigh 130 pounds. I can bench my body weight. I drink very high calorie shakes and eat tones. Wat else can i do to bigger. Thinking about m1t's...?
 
legs get 5 sets a week (10 if you count deadlifts). arms get 28, and thats on top of the 33 other sets theyre getting indirectly hit with throughout the week. hmmm.

find a decent routine and eat more.

also m1t is singular, and not available anymore unless you know someone who stocked up before the ban.
