tuna at night

some times when i get hungry ill eat a can of tuna the whole thing like around 9 30 pm then a protein shake then go to bed i just wanna know if im doing anything wrong here any comments apreeciated..

Nah, that's fine. But just as Jen stated, make sure you take your EFA with your before bed meal.:)
 
whats the hype about EFA? i read a little online about it, the omega-3's and we need it... why is it useful in BB?

EFA's, also know as essential fatty acids, are as the name implies, essential. They are invoked in many of the biological processes of the body (the list is actually too large to type out) and the body canot synthesize them through other means besides diet so it's imperative to get them in your daily for intake.
