easiest way to consume tuna if u hate it like me is to throw 200g of tuna into blender with 400mls of orange juice blend for a minute and drink,sounds horrible but believe me its the best recipe ive heard of to get a quick fix of quality protein.
Mix it with diet dr pepper if you don't want the sugar, and use the low sodium tuna...I don't do this, but I know guys who do and they swear by it...I dunno.
