i dunno if this is what your looking for:
sometimes i make tuna salad like this when i tired of tuna (i mostly go outta the can into the man)
2 cans tuna (in water)
little low fat mayo
little guldens spicy mustard
onion
celery
pickles
2 slices of turkey bacon, as crispy as a microwave can get it
garlic power, salt, pepper, hot pepper
or...
if your bulking and not counting carbs you can boil some whole wheat pasta and saute some tuna (2 cans in water, drained), onion, garlic, for a few minutes in a bit of olive oil, add some chopped sun-dried tomatoes and tomato sauce, let simmer for a bit, season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, hot pepper (if you like it hot)... drain pasta, add sauce, throw in some low fat cheese (mozzerella) and mix it all together, damn good son....
