if u want a snack with a lot of protein, eat a tuna fish sandwich. 1 can has 30 grams of protein.
 
watch your sodium intake with that tho :) also there is a lot of talk about high mercury levels in the tuna nowadays as well...
 
ya i usually eat a can before bed but now i am lookin for something else to have casue of the mercury in it
 
canned chicken has the same protein 30 grams and there aren't any mercury worries, however there still is the sodium content. I like to mix canned chicken with cream cheese and chopped celery it is just as good if not better than tuna salad. Add some wasabi for a kick
