Hi,
I've been posting, tweaking, reading, tweaking, learning... yes you guessed it more tweaking..
Lil about me-
I'm nearly 40, been training for years and years.. and years and been working in a gym for a good 15.. ish, lol
This is my second cycle my first was an anavar only (Steady people, lol)
Yes I know about the oral only but I have to say I made great gains and although I lost about 6lb (due I THINK to not getting my test levels back quick enough, Oh by the way var does shut ya down )
This time Im adding test at a low dose. I know its a low dose and I know I'm going to be told to increase it but I'm going to error on the side of caution. I dont want to be a monster just add some size, I know I can do it on the var so even the low dose of test has got to help...
I originaly posted this cycle to another board -
Week 1-4 : Test Cyp 250
Week 4-8 : Test Cyp 300
Week 8-12: Test Cyp 250
Week 8 Adding 60 var
Week 9 Adding 70 var
Week 10 Adding 80 var
Week 11 Adding 80 var
Week 12 Adding 70 var
Week 13 Adding 60 var
PCT
Clomid
1 week at 100
1 week at 50
1 week at 50
1 week at 25
nolva
1 week at 40
1 week at 20
1 week at 20
1 week at 20
Will be adding the usual trib, zma, milk thistle, liv 52, creatine, etc etc etc
After reading and taking in the help and advice I was offered I have now come to the conclusion that this cycle is the one to go with-
WEEKS 1-10 Test Cyp 200mg E4D
WEEKS 6-12 anavar 70mg ED
WEEKS 12-16 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
WEEKS 12-16 Clomid 100/50/50/25
Arimadex on hand
My last question was I've been advised to run hcg from start to finish. I dont want any extra pin work so read I could add it to my test shot ?
If I was hitting the test every 4th day how much hcg would I need to add ?
I read 500iu twice a week but that wasnt for a dose as low as my test ????
Apart from that I'm there yes ???
