types of training

I was doing some reading and I ran across a couple types of training I have never heard of:

- German Volume Training
- HyperTrophy Specific Training
- Anabolic Burst Cycling

what are these?
 
German Volume Training is 10 sets of 10 reps on one excercise with 60 seconds of rest inbetween each set.
Hypertrophy training is sets of usually 8-12 with reps of anywhere from 5 up to 12 with atleast 65% of your 1rm with 30-90 seconds of rest.
I THINK, not sure but Anabolic burst cycling is just some sales pitch to sell you over the counter 'steroids'
