Typical Cycle

i think NO and other proprietary blends are just a waste of money

the usefull supplement list is actually very small for me:

- fish oil
- creatine
- protein
- bcaas

and sometimes vitamins when on cycle, but off cycle if you eat correctly its not mandatory.
 
i buy the same stuff i use off cycle

just alot more of it while on.
 
really? I fucking love NO

I find that if you take it for more than 2 months on without any time off that you start to like build up a tolerance to it. I worked my way up to twice the recommended dosage of NO-Shotgun before I decided to leave it alone for a while.
