Typical first timer questions.

Ok so heres a bit of a backstory first. I have worked out for years, never eating right, never training right, constantly overtraining and dealing with the injuries that follow. I have now been hitting it as hard as I can and despite everything I have read about pushing yourself to your max potential I have decided that a cycle is what I am going to do. I understand that this won't work without the proper diet, rest and of course hard work but ( i know some won't like this) lets not forget that everyone likes to see some gains.

A friend and I are going to be running d-bol at 20mg/day for 4 weeks along with 500 of test cyp for 12 weeks. We are also stocking up on nolva and clomid for any side effects and for post cycle therapy (pct).

Questions I have in regards to the post cycle therapy (pct) are:
Nolva and clmoid at the same time? Starting 2 weeks after last pin? and if nolva is used for side effects can it still be used as post cycle therapy (pct) and if so do you still take 2 weeks to start or do you continue with it thw whole time?

Yes I am a first timer and I appreciate any help I can get.
 
im not the type to tell you your not ready or anything like that. when someone is ready they know it ha. IMO i would stick to a TEST ONLY cycle. I would save the d bols for later use because your gains from just the test should be dramatic enough. Especially if you change your diet and workout ethic along with the test youll see dramatic resuts . Im on a Test E only cycle as my first and I am 2 weeks in. I already feel more energy and can see some pumps coming through. I debated on jump starting my test with dbols as you did but decided not to because thats jiust alot of water retention i dont want to deal with and gains i dont want to lose. Ditch the dbol cycle the test only and for ur second cycle if all goes well stack then. thats just my opinion from the research i have been doing.

30yrs old
5' 10"
205lbs
16.5% body fat
bench 245
squat 300
leg press 740
Don't know what else to add...
