Typical Shopping List for Bulking?

Hello, im 22 im 175lbs currently living with parents i have a job but have my own car aswell and that, anyway i want to get a typical weekly list of the main foods each week i can buy on my own and use through the week because when i see some diet plans using chicken one meal then steak the next meal and all im thinking is the cost of it all!!, just want a little easy list i can use week in week out, heres a couple ill add to it:

Chicken Breasts
Cottage cheese
Peanut butter.......

lean ground beef
fish
lotta eggs

brown rice
oats
whole grain wheat bread
yams
sweet potatoes

almonds
olive oil
avocados
fish oil

broccoli
green beans
asparagus
spinage

could go on forever but there's a simple list
be sure to find out how many calories you need
for matinance and add 500.
