hello im new here. im curious about using var when i turn 19 pretty soon.I've done a sh*t load of research on "gear" and it seems as though var is the safest. ive been lifting weights for about 5 years now and been going hard for the last 3yrs. i use to be 240lbs of fat then cut down to 169lbs. currently at 187lbs. im open to everyones opininons and experiences and advice. thank you.
