Do products like NaNo Vapor or Black Powder raise your blood pressure, or speed your heart rate? Since they are supposed to increase blood flow, would it be logical to assume that your heart is working harder/faster? and if so, what are thoughts on taking those while on an ECA stack?

yes they affect bp and heart rate. monitor yourself and see how you react to certain amounts. if a person has a bp or heart condition I don't think they have any business touching it.
