The guy standing next to me beat me. I can see better now how it was so close, my posing is what killed me and morso my routine, i lost my legs in a few poses gotta work on that too, this next show im cutting out all the bs and sticking to mandatories and smooth transitions. I will also come in fuller, it seems to me im still a little depleted i can see it mostly in my arms which are usually my more dominant feature. Live, Learn, Improve...

Im the guy in the individual shots on the first link. Thanks guys i still had some fullness to be found which i will dial in this week. I had to mess with my water too much i think to make weight and then didn't carb up enough. I got atleast another 5-8 pounds left in me. Thanks guys
