Vets and newbies alike need to heed

Websites/forums like ology is one of the first lines of defense for rookies looking to dabble in anabolic steroids. The vets need to realize when they a 20ish kid goes to his Dr. Because his dick won't work after the guest cycle of orals without a test base and his nuts have shut down, it looks bad on all users of AAS.

Rookies, read all you can about the science of altering your hormones before taking the plunge. When advice is given here, take it in the spirit in which it was given. No one wants to keep you from your goals, but don't give steroid users a bad name either.
There is a reason AAS are a controlled substance in the US. Hormone manipulation can be complicated to do without excess risk, but not impossible. With enough care and education AAS can be administered safely. Using Ugl's however, there are always risks. YOU have to know what you're putting in your body, and don't ever trust a buddy of a buddy that gave him a bottle of pills marked "x-Bol".
I realize there are a lot of lazy people that want others to spoon feed them everything from a beginner cycle, where to find a source, and correct pct protocol. I despise laziness as well and it tries my patience for sure. But I firmly believe that if we can educate the rookies of gear to understand his important it is to have your own knowledge and not rely on someone else's word they will be far better off when an undesirable side effect raises it's head.

Understand that compared to most of the vets here I'm a rookie as well. But I'm well aware of the risks if what I'm doing and always put MY health above all else when deciding what compounds are best fur me at this time.

I'm sure some of you can add valuable insight to this post.

Man, I appreciate the post. I am one of the young guys you mention. I have decided to abstain from the pull of gear and wait until I have collected a better knowledge base and better physical base to begin gear. It will be worth it in the end. I just turned 22. I hope other young hard gainers like myself will see my decision and be inspired to do this shit right. Prove that you can get together an eating and lifting regiment that will give you gains. If you cant gain without gear you will not hold on to weight gained by gear. Your natural hormonal chemical equation in your body does not facilitate the production or maintenance of that weight. Once I have proved I can gain weight I will take an slow and methodical educated step into AAS. Dont waste your health or money young guys. Thanks for the words of wisdom

I am currently 24 and did an SD/Test E cycle at 23. Everything I know and continue to learn can be attributed to this forum and primarily the stickies. There is an amazing abundance of knowledge for any novice here and the members have always been quick to elaborate on the few ambiguous things I've ran across. I did my studying and put together a cycle/PCT and posted my plan in detail here and made sure I got the blessing of the vets before continuing. If you do decide to use gear you have found a plethora of information and support here at ology. Glad I came across it.

I neglected to mention thermogenics in mg post . OTC thermo drugs can be dangerous, but controlled substances like DNP and clenbutetol can kill. Again, using ugl's , you don't always know if what your taking is properly dosed. That's how unsuspecting users can be in harms way

I commend both of you for doing your homework.

The gist of my original post was to beg the rookies to get educated and implore the vets to be helpful and have patience with the impatient. The experience shared here can save and enrich the lives of all users of AAS

I have seen this for years being on this board for years and years. No matter how many times we tell newbies to read the stickies and to research, there will always been people who will ignore that advice and give steroids a bad name. It used to bother me but its just the way it works. I used to be more of an asshole but these days I tend to try to kill people with kindness and try to steer them in the right direction. So many times lately, I see guys on here all day getting pissed at newbies for posting dumb ass quesitons. Remember we "all" have to start somewhere. Not all people operate the same nor do they know how to use Google. I figured if I am going to be a member on this board, I should offer solid advice instead of flaming all the time. A lot of the guys I see flaming, were the same dumb ass newbie when they first started posting. I am just not mean enough to point that out and remind them. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

Your approach is the most helpful to the young bucks. THanks man. Flaming is discouraging and nothing is really learned. Im enjoying this board and have learned alot already by just listening to the guys like yourself and googeling everything I see.

One thing I have noticed is a lot of people think they are educated about steroids and really have studied them. They just studied the wrong information and end up fucking them selfs up still. It is pretty hard to find a good forum to ask questions. When I was younger I was on different forums and trying to learn how to cycle right and for the most part I just fucked up. Their is so much conflicting information out their about steroids and how to run them properly. It makes it really hard to find the right information to follow when you are a newbie.

This is a great post/ thread. I know I for one have been getting impatient and it isn't helping anyone. Just making noobs think, " Fuck these guys if they won't help then I'll do it on my own" and they end up doing something to hurt themselves and it makes me look like a dick. I was thinking almost the exact same thing yesterday that you posted here. Thanks for reminding me that I used to be one of those guys. There is a lot of bs on the net and they could very well have read up on stiff only to find out it was wrong or could have trusted their bro at the gym that was in reality just trying to make a buck and didn't care about their health. I'm only making aas look worse when I get annoyed. Thanks again, brother

Several years ago I was discussing my trt protocol with a buddy from work ( he's 50) and he too has noticed the declining test levels as indicated from prolonged recouperation times and general lethargy. Apparently he experimented with cialis but swore to me he didn't really need it

Fast forward to several days ago he texted me "want to start injecting test bro- Can u hook me up?"
By the time I asked him questions about whether he wanted to be married to z needle(trt) of he just wanted to run a 12 week cycle then pct. he asked , "pct?"
Oh boy! Then I mentioned blood work . After his cycle and pct were finished, we need to monitor the new bloodwork to make sure we've recovered. Without precycle bloods his do we know if we've recovered

After all my question about his goals and what to expect he backed up and decided we wanted to think about it some more
Your cycle cost more than 4 vials of test and a handful of darts - especially if fits done right and you give yourself the best chance to fully recover

Btw, I sent him to oligy to read up and get more familiar with the types of decisions he needs to make
