Anyone using virgin coconut oil in their diet? I've heard it is rich in many things pertinent to a bodybuilders nutritional needs. I am wanting to gauge peoples different uses of it and doses? Cheers!
Its health benefits are somewhat controversial; i tried it myself for awhile and all i noticed was that my skin and hair seemed a bit oilier (i had the same problem when i took excesses of vitamin E and lecithin). apparantly it does a lot of the good things that flaxseed oil does; it certainly tastes good, and you can use it just as you would butter. please let us know if you have any results with it!
