What is your opinion of this excersize? If you do perform this motion, what muscles are you tryign to target? What do you think the benefits are bb vs. db? Walking vs. Stationary?
well for one, there's no such thing as walking lunges, you're either walking or you're lunging
you can lunge in a forward motion where u move across a specified area. The only reason people "walk" while they lunge is bc they can say something to themselves like "Ok, there and back, 3 more times" and do that and it gives more of a dextrous feeling to accomplish them all there and back.
But the workout itself is no different then lunging forward and then back into position.
Try backwards lunges too. Lunges are good we do them all the time for boxing.
