Want to run a test/tren cycle and i need some advice before i start

I am about to run a test/tren cycle for 12 weeks. I am 230 pounds at 6 feet tall around 18% body fat. Iam looking for a more lean muscle type look then a bulky look. I want to tone out my stomach and chest. Should i lose weight before i run the cycle and how many calories should i am for on my cycle?
 
yes, lose weight. down to about 14-16% bf. youre not too far. but what are you stats?

You need to do research. All your answers can be found on this site but we aren't going to do it for you. I have a feeling this is your first cycle. Tren is no joke and is NOT for your 1st 2nd or 3rd cycle.

We're gonna need some stats to help you out. Ill go ahead and say if this is your first cycle, you should run test only, but even before running that you need to diet and lose some of that body fat. You're a lot more likey to experience side w high body fat. Plus, you should learn how to eat and train properly before you jump on the gear.
 
I'm actually in the same boat, about 18% at 220, glad I caught this post, cause i too was assuming of doing a Tren/Enth cycle as my first. Was really hoping to ramp it up
