Warm up

for bench i do the bar...(sets of 10) then 135 set of 10 then 185 set of 10 then 205, 225, 245... then working sets
 
Depends on the bodypart and how I feel. I used to do a fair bit of warmups for legs, adding a plate each warmup and doing 8-10, but I threw up too often doing that.
 
warm ups should be just that..enough to get blood in the area and loosne you up..they should not be taxing on the system at all...

i see just about everyone start with 135 and they can barely knock out 10 solid reps next up is 185 etc etc..
