In a Nutshell the Warrior Diet created by Ori Hofmekler is when you under eat for the majority if the day then consume the majority of your calories within a 4hr window. Wesley Silvera also known as "Iron Addict" has an adaptation of this being the Metabolic Rebound Diet where he describes how the diet can be adjusted to suit certain goals i.e weight loss, body recomp and mass gain. I was js wondering if the principle can still be used along side a cycle.
Yeah, it's Intermittent Fasting. IMT just posted an article about it in the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum. I think you'll be GTG, but that's coming from someone who hasn't cycled yet.
