i am not a big water drinker. should there be a certain amount of water i should be drinking and if so what will happen if i am not. thanks.

At least a gallon.

If you don't drink enough water...you'll get dehydrated...symptoms of dehydration include: Dry or sticky mouth, low or no urine output - concentrated urine appears dark yellow, not producing tears, sunken eyes, lethargic or comatose (with severe dehydration)...that's from the National Institutes of Health website...honestly, when I don't drink enough water/fluid, I get really tired and just don't want to do anything. It can seriously effect you because about 70% of your body is made up of fluids...try getting some sugar-free drink mix to put in your water - that may help you chug it down. Just be careful of the artificial sweetners they use...too much of that shit and I get an awful headache.

i feel like shit if i dont get in at least around a gal a day. I wouldnt say you have to always carry it around with you but definatly bring the jug with u to this gym. i find that pre-workout, workout and postwork ill slug down about a gallon alone. Only problem with drinking this much water obviously is pissing alot, but its somthing one has to endure.
 
Ive found that partically during this cutting diet im doing that im drinking nearly a 2L bottle of pepsi max a day. is this good? im continuely pissing and its clear. Really my only intake of water all day is breakfat and working out
