What is the best thing for water retention?

I naturally bloat anyway, would armidex do the trick or maybe nolva?

i drink 5 litres a day and do not cook with any salt and no processed food in my diet

I really want to dry out as much as possible before I hit the beach!

arimidex can do the trick but aromasin will do much more. i don't recommend using aromasin as a "cutting" agent. better go with a-dex is less negative on your general health.:blue:
 
i prefer aromasin at 12.5mg everyday from start of cycle all the way trhough pct.

bloating is not good man, means estrogen is raised and alot of problems that associate with excess estrogen can develop. play it safe and look good while doing it haha who wants a puffy ass face and more bloat means less definition. if u want that natty bloat and thick look. up your carbs about 300grams a day! also sodium intake has alot to do with bloating
 
Can you run armidex when natty?

oooo your not even on cycle. have you just recently came off?

drop your sodium intake ie way less salt
drink 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day. i do at least or i feel dehydrated.
watch your diet also, eat cleaner man

within weeks you will notice a difference i promise.
 
Do you think clen would be good to help me in a little fat loss. Is it safe if I run it around 80mcg for 2 weeks. Just a small boost or do the side effects outweigh the positive??
 
used a diuretic last year, MHPs Xpel, seemed to help with the finishing touches but you need to drink a lot of water while using it. I think its used as a 10 day cycle.

A quick answer, YES. Clen does 3 things.

One, it moves the water out of your fat layer, making the fat layer appear thinner. Almost like a sponge.

Two. It moves that water into your muscle tissue, making the muscles appear larger, but not bloated.

Three, it slightly increases your body temperature, so you will burn off fat even if you are at rest.

All that being said, you should only do 20 to 40 MICROGRAMS a day, and should run it for no more than 6 weeks. Hope that helps!
