im on my 2nd cycle running 100mg fina ed,20mg ed prop,.5cc liquadex ed anything I should do to prevent water ret,wanna be ripped for summer,add eq? I lowered test dose from last cycle but running it daily hope it helps, first cycle was 100mg fina ed,50mg prop eod held like 15 lbs of water!(used dex last couple weeks of 8week cycle)

run some Winstrol (winny) it will help keep the water down and help shred you up

but I wouldn't run the Winstrol (winny) and the liquidex at the same time though, both very hard on the internals....liquidex is going to give you higher cholesterol levels...

Get your diet in check bro. Prop/Fina should not make you hold much, if any, water. And i think i go this right, only 140mg of Test a week? You should not hold water of a low dose like that.

Avoid Excess Sodium and Simple sugars...
