waxy maize

Your post workout meal\shake is just as important as the other 5-6 meals but i am trying out waxy maize.

2 scoops waxy maize
1 cup oats
2 tbsp honey
2 scoops isolate protein

160 grams of carbs\ 54 grams of protein.

ALl in a blender and tasted good.

looks close to what i am doing...a lil less WM i use..also i split the WM and the oatmeal/WPI shake up by 30 min...seems to do better that way for me..cause when i blended them together i got next to nothing as far as Wm experiences go..but now i can feel the differnce.

lol no i just throw it in 10 oz of water in a shaker cup...shake and gulp...kinda chalky but its over with, with in a few minutes.

than 30 min later i follow up with 60 grams of oats, 1tbls honey, 2 tbls wheat germ, and 60 grams WPI and 2 tbps PB
 
My post workout shake
8 ounces milk
1 packet plain oats
2 scoops HDT Solid Gains
1-2 bananas

Sometimes I have the bananas on the side, cuz the shake tastes like ass. Nothing special.
Someone made a huge thread just for shakes, it's somewhere around here
