Week 2 on M1T

Week 2 and I am still gaining the weight. I bumped my M1T up to 20mg's ED. I really think the log book is doing me good to keep gaining strength. I now am 162lbs at 5'10 at 9% BF. My goal is to try to break into 170lbs and around 6 or 7% BF. I am not going to get my BF done again until the end of the next two weeks I am not seeing much change there anymore so I will wait to see the difference. I will still post week 3 weight results when time come. Really happy with M1T up 11lbs and dropped 4% BF.
 
How can this be water weight when I am dropping BF and I am even getting alittle definition too. Yes I have gained alot but I have been really watching what I am eating and I doubled my protein intake. I would have to say its alittle more then just water.
 
Its not all water but some of it definatly is. Even if you watch what you eat and lose BF you cant still be holding water. But great progress, keep us posted.
