week 9 on test/deca cycle and i'm hitting a wall

hi everyone-

i'm on week 9 of this cycle:
test cyp 250mg 2x/week
deca 400mg 1x/week
a'dex 0.75mg EOD (adjusted from 0.5 when I got my mid-cycle tests back and my estradiol was at 91)
HCG 250 IU 2x/week

my workouts have been really incredible up until this point. i am loving it. i am 6'5", down from 275 from previously being at 285 (had a lot of bloat mid-way through), burning a lot of fat, building muscle.... all good. i'm keeping my diet at about 3000-3500 calories a day, 300-350g protein, fats low, carbs moderate. not really monitoring sugar as i am doing 30 mins cardio 4-5 days a week as well as lifting 6x a week.

my problem now is: i am hitting a wall. i'm exhausted. i took one day off Sunday, and worked out Monday and Tuesday this week, but i'm still really tired. is there something i could switch up in my diet? maybe this has to do with all the canned fish i'm eating latley..... i don't know. just want to really hit the last 3 weeks of the cycle hard because i am really getting there and don't want to poop out before i'm done.

any advice is most appreciated.....
 
It doesnt hurt to take a few days rest on cycle. Are you resting enough? Are your joints sore atall? If so maybe youre aking too much adex. Could be a numbr of things bud

joints aren't sore at all to be honest. i just have general fatigue. probably i am not getting enough sleep. i get maybe 6-7 hours a night tops, sometimes only 5-6 hours. trying to get more, but working out 5-6 times a week *and* having a 50-60 hour a week job are hard to pull off.

i'm taking tomorrow off again. thursday if i can stand it. but i get so addicted to the gym that i can't stand to take more than 1 day off !! ah well, i guess my body will thank me.....
 
bump up your calories dude, as you grow you need to eat more, especially carbs.

I carb load before my workout so i have energy. It always works.
 
Working that many hours and lifting that frequent will take a toll on the body. i know it sucks to stay out of the gym, but if youre body is fatigued, restrain and take a rest. Im on the same cycle and ive taken off a weeks worth total and it blew but it was due to food poisoning and a few other reasons. So i know how it feels. Best of luck
