i think making your own is the best.
eg somthing liek this i do:
3-4tbs peanutbutter
2-3 scoops of whey
handfull of frozen berries
1 banana
3-4ounces of heavy whipping cream
fill er up with ether: milk,ricemilk,soymilk
and blend
should be about:
60-80g protien
1200-1400cals easy
carbs about 200g
fat 20g
depending on what you use.
i did this all last winter "with out whipping cream" and it helped ALOT
this fall same ill do but with the heavy whipping cream.
