Weight Gainer?

My favorite weight gainer is whole milk, it is fairly cheap you can add protein powder to it if you like but it is a great bulking food. Drink a gallon a day along with a balanced diet. It is working for me.
 
15oz milk
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1/3 cup oats
1 tablespoon fish or flax oil
2 scoops whey powder (or protein blend)

Mix it all together, actually tastes very good. You can add honey if you wish, or natural vanilla extract if using vanilla protein powder. Cinnamon extract isnt a bad idea.
 
good portions yellow, I like to throw in some caseinate protein as well, I know the flax helps with the whey synthesis, but I feel that the caseinate stays a helluva of a lot longer I can feel it even after 4 hours
 
I love N-Large2 their chocolate and strawberry tase great. I have boycotted all vanilla shakes b/c i have never had one that I have liked.

damn bro! sound good. think i am gonna make that in a couple of hours. Let u know how it works out.
