I wanted to know when does the "boost in T" come from strenuous weight training?
for example, lets say a man is doing intense weight training (squats), when does this "boost" in T come?
during the workout, the next day??
Using the weight training method of boosting T is not long term...
I read it only boosts it for a short period of time, then it goes down to your basal levels.
anyone know any more?
