weights and measurements

im looking at keeping a log of my weight and body measurements and planning to record evry 2 wks in order to see what progress is being made. what would the best time of the day be to weigh myself and take the measurements.....morning, noon or night
 
The most accurate measure of real weight gain would be first thing in the morning. Same thing for taking measurements.
 
first thing a.m on an empty stomach,and do measurements whenever-as long as youre "cold".You could take measurements after training if you wanted to but that`d be cheating wouldnt it!LOL
