Hey guys, im new to the forum .. and i have a question regarding the way my biceps grow.
I've been training for about 6 months and i have had alot of good gains.
However, everytime i train my biceps it seems like long head bicep trains and the short head bicep does not. I can also feel it at the end my work out, and the next day that only the long head has been trained. It is also becoming quite visual too.. i can see it sticking out. I have tried everysingle bicep excersise there is and i dont know what to do .
I also attached a picture that will show what im talking about regarding the long head and short head part of the bicep
(This is not my bicep)
I hope some one can help me, because it is really killing my motivation knowing i cant get even looking biceps.
Also, please dont say its ' genetics' because there must be something i can do.. both parts of my bicep should train and not just 1.
Thanks
