can you take these two together or is it not healthy? I have a friend that ask and I told him I didn't know for sure. I know Wellbutrin will work as a weight loss agent. Just wondering if you guys could give a quick answer on it.

Xenadrine appears to be nothing special. Ingredients include B12, green tea, Caffine, et al. I don't believe there are be any particular negative interactions between the two.

Welbutrin SR (and Zyban, which is the same chemical but indicated to help people stop smoking) does not have any direct effects on such things as metabolism. However, the psychological effects of Welbutrin can help with addiction type issues such as smoking and eating.

I have learned that fat is best taken off with a clean diet and cardio, rather than simply reducing caloric intake.

Wellbutrin is an anti-depressant, is also used ot help quit smoking. As far as weight loss suppose it can have that effect on some people. I took wellbutrin for over 1 yr(a fairly lg. doseage 2) 300mg a day and didn't have any problems w/weightloss. As far as xenadrine, wouldn't think so. Have taken wellbutrin + thermorexin and have had no problems. I think the reason behind it, is thermorexin, xenadrine and stuff like that can make your body produce more dopamine(make u happier) and when u quit taking the supplements u'll be more depressed, therefore, people who struggle w/depression shouldn't take those, cuz it could make their depression worse after they quit taking the supp. NOT cuz wellbutrin is a weightloss agent and so is xenadrine. BUT from MY personal expeirence, i have had NO problems w/it. Maybe a bit down when i quit the thermorexin, but nothing major or more serious then the norm. Tell him not to worry about it. SHould be cool. Just tell him about the dopamine thing and POSSIBILITY of getting more depressed.
