You don't HAVE to take it everyday.
Active half life or biological half life is not the same as terminal/elimination half life. Those are active half lives NOT elimination ones

Megatron what would be a aromaisin protocol for an AAS cycle be? In general I know each cycle varies as well as person to person.
What's ur cycle and are u prone to estrogen sides?

Many take it EOD and are just fine. It depends on your pinning schedule. Metabolization and aromatization rates. Doses. There are lots of variables.

week 1-4 Dbol Injections 40mg ed
week 1-12 sustanon 250(500mg weekly split into 2 shots: monday Am and thursday Pm)
AI 12.5 ed till the last week
Week 6-12 Anavar 60mg ED
this is my first cycle and so far i haven't seen much of sides, maybe because of the ai but i seem to be fine thus far.
Okay so u can take it similR to adex? Obviously diff doses but in terms of frequency?
In women. There's at least one study showing it can be as little as ~9hrs in males.
What Mega is trying to say I think is you need bloodwork to verify the dosing protocol you follow is enough for you REGARDLESS of its half life.

Just figure out what works best for you. Not everything has to be over thought. Hook it up to an IV and get a constant even dose all day if you can. That would be ideal. Map the Aromatization curve of your test on your protocol and adjust youe AI usage to follow that curve.
