Chicken, rice, rice cakes, Peanut butter, bread, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, potatoes (red), ground beef, corn (tortillas make stuff more interesting), pitas, peas (surprisingly excellent macro wise), bagels, Almond butter + whey, etc.
It helps if you shop around for deals too. I often spend around 250 a week on groceries, but it would easily be much more if I didn't check the (ok, the wife does that part) weekly ads.
