What are my percentages??????????

I've just finished working out the stats of an average days eat but I can't work out my percentages. Does anyone know how to do it??? I'm terrible at maths.

Calories: 5187

Carbs: 527

Protein: 437

Fat: 146

All of this is from real food apart from 1 PWO shake.

I've upped my calories by 1000 roughly from previous diet so my body can adjust to the extra weight and muscle I've gained from cycle.

I'm 202 lbs 10 BF, so i'm taking in way above maintenance.
 
Carb ~ 41% (grams of carb x 4=carb cals...carb cals/total cals=%carb)
Protein ~ 34% (grams of pro x 4=pro cals...pro cals/total cals=%pro)
Fat ~ 25% (grams of fat x 9=fat cals...fat cals/total cals=%fat)
