lean proteins - chicken, beef, fish, cottage cheese, turkey, egg whites, etc.
healthy fats - nuts, nut butters, olive oil, fish oil caps, egg yolks, olives, avocados, etc
carbs - think potatos, rice, oatmeals the majority of the time. PWO this can vary.
