First of all educate yourself and know the potential sides.
Second plan accordingly and have the necessary ancillaries ON HAND should the side rear its head.
Certain things are a given for me personally. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) , HCG, SERM on hand (need for pct anyway), Prami for 19 nor, NAC or UDCA if oral included.
Third monitor for sides. ie: Take blood pressure, get blood work, look for signs or symptoms.
Fourth-experience. After a while you will know how you respond to certain cycles or compounds, you will know what works for you. This cant be bought and is invaluable.
