What calorie surplus do you reccomend on my first Test E cycle

Jus cum off a cut.. cycle starting on Monday Have a log on this forum.

on test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks

Was wonderin what surplus i should do ?

I was planning on a 250 surplus starting monday, 500 next week, 750 after than and a 1000 after

so my body can get slowly used to the extra calorie compsumption

or do you recommend starting out straight on a 1000 calorie surplus which i would gain 2 lbs a week

Also what surplus would you reccomend on this cycle ? how much muscle could be built a week if training and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is perfect.

Please dont say eat whatever you see because i like to be consistent with my weight gain. i love counting calories :D even on a bulk!
 
You're looking at steroids as a miracle drug just because you put food into your mouth doesn't mean it's gonna be all muscle, keep it simple stupid eat at a surplus of like 400 cals and then after you stop gaining increase your surplus
 
I try to go as high as possible. If I am eating from clean sources and get a 1500 surplus without gaining fat I know that I am maximizing my gains. One number does not fit all and you may be hindering your progress by not eating enough. Diet is where your muscle comes from, the steroids help build but not having enough raw materials(food) will keep you from growing.
 
This Vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv everyone is different I run 1500+ during blast. 400 is a waste of time unless you're 125lbs and a vagina.

Just eat at your baseline till you top out, say 3500/day, I'm doing about 4000 and I already hit my top in under 3 weeks, eventually you will turn some of that into muscle and you will start to climb again, or you can eat more than that, but then your risking adding too much fat on.
