I want to use 500mg of testosterone cypionate weekly and I need know what kind of estrogen blockers I need to take along with any other things that might be helpful for me. Can someone help me this forum is so confusing to understand. I have a simple few questions that I need help to get answered. I don't want (bitch tits) from to much estrogen.

use arimidex at 40mgs everyday during cycle and nolvadex after cycle as a pct

i have 10 tablets of Tamoxifen Teva that came along with my testosterone cypionate. is it safe to take one tablet a week after 4 days of injection every week?
