what do you drink durring training other than water?

do alot of you guys like drinking gatorade durring long 2-3 hour workouts?

Today i had a brutal leg workoutand siped on 32 oz of gatorade, jsut kept some carbs in me while blasting away at my legs.
 
Sam Adams when its hot and Guinness when its cold out. Or just water.
 
During training? Nothing but water....anything else is a waste and actually detrimental to muscle gains. After lifting is a whole different story
 
Water usually, unless its Slin time, then I may sip on some Gatorade while training, but mostly just water.

most of my wortkouts are between 2-3 hrs..
i take plenty of time inbetween sets

DE bench takes about an hour
everything esle is easy 2 hours that includes wm-ups setting up whatever im using getting into equipments etc
 
damn anything more than 75 min. and im mentally and physically exhausted. i try to get things done in one hour.
