what do you drink durring training other than water?

What's wrong with some water and carbogain mixed w/ powder gatorade? Thats what i take on the way to the gym and during my workout. Then protein PWO!

Many would disagree, good sir. Actually I dont know how anyone would get through a leg workout on just water, without dropping serious weights or volume.
 
yeah on my leg days i fill up a gallon of water and mix it wit some gatorade and sip on it all 2-3 hours :-)
 
gallon or more of water each workout. doing cardio its alot more. however we dont have a bathroom on the second floor of the gym and going downstairs sucks.
