First off- I'm am not the most educated, I will consider almost everyone's advice, and I'm learning from scratch by myself, so please take that into consideration.
So I got bloods taken in August about a month before I competed. Not really knowing too much then, I only asked for test level (yes I realized now, that was somewhat pointless) I just recently got the results back from the doc, who said I was normal and he didn't really know if trt was even in question. Then he mentioned his total was at 350 and that he was 50+ years old, which made me feel even worse after I explain my results. Lastly I'm military, which I think is pretty important in all this, but not for good reasoning.
Here's my stats and lab results;
21 (4/20)
5'10
165
2 years consistent training
1 year extremely good nutrition. 300g p 300g carbs 100g f(roughly)
Free test- 70
Total test 360
I got my blood drawn in the afternoon and did nothing to try and tamper them.
Now, obviously I know that common consensus is that I'm not done growing and my test levels should still be rising or should at least be high already. So, I originally got them done just out of curiosity, but now I'm a bit more concerned and may be over thinking. I have a pretty hard time gaining weight and getting stronger (not that strength necessarily matters in bodybuilding, but it does correlate to muscle growth to a certain degree). I also feel lathargic at times, stress levels usually jump a lot, I never really feel rested, and my libido seems quite low. Granted I'm honestly more dedicated to being a bodybuilder than going around looking for some tail. Ie. cooking, eating, not drinking alcohol, etc.
So if anyone could just give me their .02 on this, I would greatly appreciate it. Any other info you may need to help out, please ask.
I consider myself a sponge, I listen to everyone's theory, scientific or not.
Thanks!
