What do you think of my bulking diet

Hello guys,

First of all I would like to introduce myself since I am new to this forum, my name is frank and I am from Mexico.

I am about to start a bulking diet and I want to know what you think about it, should I add foods or is it good as it is?
My stats are the next
Height: 1.81
Weight: 85kg
Body type. Ectomorph

So what do you guys think about my diet

Diet

Breakfast
3 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of milk
1 scoop protein
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup oatmeal

(pre-workout)
Chicken breast
1 cup of rice
20 almonds
1 orange juice

(Post-workout)
1 cup of milk
1 scoop protein
2 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch
100 grams meat
1 cup of rice
1 tortilla
20 almonds

Meal
Chicken breast
1 cup of rice
2 whole wheat breads

Dinner
SAME AS BREAKFAST

Around: 4000 calories
Around: 210 gr. protein
 
The smartest approach when in a caloric surplus mode (bulking) is to gain 0.5-1.5 lbs a week that way you know you are putting on mainly muscle mass and not excess fat and also give yourself a larger time frame when in a caloric surplus. This is a good bulking plan feel free to eat more, less, or even substitute foods, but keep the emphasis on frequent protein, quality calories, and ample carbohydrates.

Breakfast

8 Egg Whites
3 ounces Lean Beef
1 cup, measure uncooked Oatmeal
1 cup Berries


Morning Snack

8 ounces Chicken
1 1/2 cup White Rice
Broccoli

Lunch

8 ounces Lean Turkey
10 ounces Sweet Potato
1 cup Asparagus


Post-Workout

3 scoops Solid muscle Whey
1 banana

Afternoon Snack

1 bagel
1 tablespoon Almond Butter Almond Butter


Dinner

8 ounces Sirloin Sirloin
8 ounces Sweet Potato
1 cup Green Beans
1/4 cup Almonds


Evening Snack

8 egg whites
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
