I was working out the other day and starting thinking if people including myself, think to much into all these supplements? What happen to the days when you went to the gym and just workout and had a shake afterward? Now adays you gotta have a pre-prework supplement then a preworkout supplement just to go to the gym? Then you need all these other supplements after the gym. What about the old days when they didn't have half this shit and there were some pretty big guys back then? Sometimes I wonder if people put to much into supplements and science into lifting, like u need bcaa's 2.3mg per day to gain .3lb in 2 hours(that was an example). Just a thought, I know some people will flam me for this, but it was just something on my mind.
 
I agree most of the way with you, there are some people who think to much about it. Although science has proven some of the advices given out. Just my 2 cents.
