What is everyone's TRT Protocol and experience?

I am curious what everyone's testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol is, what dosage, Pinn schedule, type of test, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), how long you have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), what adjustments have been made over the years and how long it took you to get dialed in, etc?

Age: 41
Weight: 375 (400 when I started TRT)
Been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for three months now
TT was 64 when I started TRT
I have made one whole blood donation a month ago and plan on donating every 3 months, Hemocrit is not an issue, just being proactive.
Started on 150 mg Test C every week and my dosage was increased to 160 mg of Test C every week after the first month.
I currently only pinn one a week, I am hopeful that I will be able to pinn twice a week (every 3.5 days) in the near future.
Currently taking 05 mg 2x week for my Aromatase inhibitor (AI), E2 was at 40 at my last blood test but that was before I increased my dosage from .5mg a week to 1mg a week.

So far I have been very pleased with my results, I feel alive again, looking forward to getting bloods done again at the end of the month to evaluate my progress.

Wow, 160mg cutting it for you?

Anyhoo:

Age: 37
Weight: 340lbs (was 467 when I started TRT)
Height: 6'7"
Time on TRT: 4 years, 1 month.
TT at inception: 120ng/dL
I donate roughly every 2-3 weeks (platelets) as I do have high hematocrit if I don't stay on it. I enjoy it more than blood and I get more goodies.
Started at 100mg E14D, which made me feel like absolute crap. I did my homework and showed my doctor how this was grossly incorrect. Moved to 100mg E7D and felt better, but still had TT values of around 350ng/dL. Moved to 150mg/wk and saw a rise to 425ng/dL; still didn't feel "right" and was moved to 200mg/wk which made me feel a little better, but still not quite where I wanted to be (TT: 675ng/dL). Was given green light for 250mg/wk and have been quite happy with that dose (900-1050ng/dL). I moved to E3.5D some time around when I was at 150mg/wk.

I've been sliding my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose from zero used at 100mg/wk to .25mg E3.5D (adex) where I'm at currently. As I do my own Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I have moved over to letrozole recently to save some money as it is more potent than adex per volume. This has been working pretty well so far, but I probably have a little more fine-tuning to do with the letro.

TRT is a life changer. It has saved my marriage, my family life, and most certainly my life. I was very irritable and never wanted to get out of bed. When I did go somewhere outside the home, I had anxiety and trouble with panic attacks. Now I'm the social butterfly I once was. ;) Funny how testosterone has been made into the devil by our government/media, yet it is such a powerful influence on the quality of life.

My .02c :)

Lets see:

Type: Watson Test Cyp
Dosage: 200mg
Frequency: e14d*
Starting weight: 140
Current weight: 240
Starting test level: <10 ng/dl (ref range 200-1100)
Current test level: 428 ng/dl (ref range 200-1100)
How long it took to dial in: 15 years in and not a single doctor is allowing for ANY adjustment, despite still being hypo.
AI: N/A

*I've adjusted my own schedule since the doctors don't want me to. Right now I'm doing 50mg twice weekly, same total dose but smaller fluctuations.

All in all, I feel like walking death. Every. Single. Day.
6 endos and a GP later, nobody is helping.

I think the 'ology crew needs to pay some endo's a visit. Wonder what IMT can do for you brother. :)

Well.... I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 2 months ago, i think.
Im 42 year old Aussie.
Have been put on Testogel until February, then the Doc said we will look at injections, however he is quite exited over these implant thingies, but i said i was not interested. I want injections and i want them now :)
So.. I pushed the Testogel aside and decided i have a little time to do a cycle. So im running Test E, and Test P.
Still collecting my prescriptions and stocking up on them. Ill blast my way into the new year, then return to my Testogel in time to see the Endo in Feb.
My T levels were super low. I have been running on Low T for years and did not know. Due to being heavily medicated on opioid pain medication to get me walking after being in a wheel chair for a while.
My quality of life now im on cycle is fantastic :) Im giving my 25 year old wife a run for her money....LOL

Those T levels you posted with the dosages...when were they taken, how far from shot?

Well to be honest I just don't know, I feel good but then again as you and others have said I felt like walking death for years so any improvement is far better than where I was. I am looking forward to my blood draw at the end of the month, really want to see what my new levels are. My doctor has already told me that he suspects he will need to increase the dosage after we get the results back.

Congrats on the weight loss, I am currently dropping weight and hope to be at 200 lbs within two years!

Uhhhhhhh, I always like to get closer to a trough, but when you're injecting E3.5D, it's always going to be more of a mid-point snapshot than anything. I'd say on the 3rd day after the first pin of the week, leaving another day for the next injection would be typical.

I totally understand. I spent a good decade like that as doctors had no clue and never looked in that direction. I just kept getting more and more drugs put into me that I really didn't need. The key to weight loss is consistency. If you make small changes over time, they add up. I can also say 3J has been a big help for the last 50lbs or so. Granted, I've been a gym rat forever - so there is a decent amount of lean body mass to help with the consumption of calories; working with a proper diet really helps. :)

I'm sure you'll make it no problem. :D

I agree, I have been working with 3J for the past two months, as of last week I was down 25 lbs, I weigh in tomorrow so I don't know what it is now but if this past week has been anything like the prier 7 weeks I should be down another 2-3 pounds.

Oh man, if you're working with 3J, you're golden. The man certainly knows his stuff and is quick on making changes if you get stuck or have a problem. You doing his 5 day split routine?

Not really sure what you mean, he designed a diet for me and I follow it to a T, six meals a day consisting of 3300 cals on days I work out and 5 meals a day on the days I don't (skipping the post workout shake).

Oh, I know he has a workout routine too. Wasn't sure if you got one or not; that follows a 5 day split.

Now I understand, I am still working my way up, I workout 3-4 days a week, a lot depends on how I feel. Like many I played a lot of physical sports when I was younger and have a lot of old injuries that are painful, I have a fused ankle, two bad knees, three broken hands that have resulted in some residual arthritis and a bad back but when I do hit the gym I go hard and heavy.

Ask your doc to prescribe 100-200mg per week of Nandrolone Decanoate. :-)

This is what my endo prescribes:

100 mg cyp dosed 50mg twice weekly.
150 mg nandrolone decanote dosed once weekly.
500 IU hCG dosed 250 IU twice weekly.
1000 mcg Methylcobalamin dosed 500 IU twiice weekly.
600,000 IU Vitamin D dosed every 8 weeks. 50k d3 twice weekly. (deficiency, still investigating)
5 mg cialis dosed once daily. (I take it twice daily, however)
10 IU Oxytocin dosed once daily

I used DIM/Copper/Zinc to maintain healthy e2 levels. So I was able to remove Anastrozole from my list.

That's a lot of vitamin D! I'm taking 10,000 iu's daily and that gets me into the high 80's. Normal range is something like 30-100.

Yes it is. Depends on the doc. As you can see, Austin's doc prescribed it. I asked mine about it and he had never heard of it. So hard to say.

I know that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is different than running a AAS cycle but does body Fat % factor in when looking to add something like Nandrolone Decanoate? I know that body fat % needs to be lower than 15% when doing a cycle just didn't know if adding the Nandrolone Decanoate at a high Body Fat % would have negative sides.
