what is the best way to develop huge pecs?

what are the best exercises to develop big pecs, other than benching a ton of weight and varying incline and decline?

You said it right there. The main ingredient in building muscle is (other than diet and proper rest) big compound movements, like bench for chest, squats for legs, etc.

Alright, just kidding. As stated above, the heavy compound movements.
 
Benches and pec deck, I dont do anything else. Currently I do decline for 4 sets, incline for 4, and pec deck for 3-4. If I start with incline I run 7 sets, then 4 for flat or decline, then 3-4 for pec deck, so I switch things around now and then.
 
Some people call pec deck butterflies also. It is like performing a flye while sitting at a machine. (pec deck)

Damn, bro- 15 sets for chest? Are you training pretty intense? I'm blown after about 10 sets to failure on chest day! Dayumn!
