What is the best way to stop being skinny?

Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results. Does anyone know the best way to get out of this skinny looks?

First of all change your lame goal.

You do not want to stop being skinny.

You want to become something, not stop being something.

"How do I put on 20 pounds of muscle" ---> for example

Answer: Skinny guys, most of all, their main problem is rationalizations. The very first thing you gotta do is get specific.

Track what and how much you eat and track it exactly.

I hear from skinny guys all the time "oh dude I eat SOOOO MUCH, but I can't gain any weight"

Really? How many calories did you consume this week?

Mmmm, welll, mmm I dunno, a TON.

Yeah right.

May be ther's not ONLY psychological reason, for his skinny state... And we don't know how he's training...

So? How does that change the psychological issue?

No matter what your training, diet or approach, you will always find ways to sabotage it or not give it your best when you have a negative focus.

When the goal is right, but your method is wrong, you will find the right method.

When the method is right, but the goal is wrong, you will never reach your target.


I'm saying this because 99% of skinny guys I met, did have a GOOD method. Its their psychology that they got wrong. They kept talking about how they were "hardgainers", yet... they couldn't tell me what their caloric intake was, or just happened to miss training precisely this week.

We already know his goal is wrong "stop being skinny". That's neither specific nor positive. In fact, its negative and vague and not exactly a goal.

eat heavy foods and complex carbs example: roast,steak,beef, pork, and other heavy meats. eat pastas and potatoes and other heavy foods. I also would recommend getting a weight gainer. best one i've ever used is ISO MASS XTREME GAINER by General Nutrition. you can find it in any local gnc. Along with a good solid work out these combined I can assure you will bulk you up I know because I used the exact same method and packed 30 solid pounds naturally.. What is up with this. There are several threads now with someone not wanting to be skinny (with someones first and last name as the userame and all with just 1 post) and then someone else comes along and posts this link. It's obvious that this person is really trying to push this "free book". Probably so they can spam your email address.
